More Control, Less Manual Work: Alanbase Updates

Alanbase has released twelve major updates designed to close specific operational gaps: task management within the platform, flexible Revshare payout logic, automation via Api, precise data filtering, and enhanced partner moderation. The goal is simple: less manual work and more control.

Alanbase platform updates and API integrations

Task Tracker

Previously, tasks related to partners and offers existed in Jira, Notion, or spreadsheets, completely separate from the main platform. Switching between these systems slowed down workflows and caused context loss.

Now, Alanbase features a built-in Task Tracker with a Kanban board. Tasks are directly linked to platform objects.

What Is Available In A Task

Result: All affiliate program operations reside in one system. Tasks are never lost, deadlines remain visible, and context for every partner is preserved.

Adjusting Displayed Payout

In a Revshare model, the calculation percentage inside the system and the percentage visible to the partner often do not match. Previously, users had to input a workaround value, which broke the logic and caused configuration errors.

Example An advertiser pays the network a 50% Revshare, and the network wants to give the partner 40%, but only a 50% value is transmitted without the full income data. Previously, the system required entering 80%. Now, the actual percentage is used for calculations, while the displayed percentage is shown to the partner. These operate independently.

A new field labeled "Display To Partner As" is now available in general, individual, and special conditions. It is activated via a checkbox.

Result: Calculation logic and partner-facing conditions are now separated. This eliminates manual recalculations and reduces errors in Revshare configurations.

Enriching Partner Conversion Export

After the introduction of the Web Id entity in statistics, data in the user interface and exported reports sometimes diverged. This created unnecessary reconciliation efforts and manual corrections.

The Webmaster_Id field is now included in the partner conversion export. Data in the Ui and the export file match perfectly.

Result: Reconciling statistics with partners and Bi systems is now seamless, with no discrepancies or manual report adjustments required.

New Api Methods

Creating an administrator, advertiser, or partner postback was previously only possible through the user interface. Automating or integrating these actions with internal services was impossible.

Three New Methods Are Now Available:

Result: Routine operations are now fully automated. Alanbase connects to internal Crm systems and services without requiring manual actions from the team.

Hiding The Referral Program Section

For projects where the referral mechanic is used sparingly or only for specific partners, open access to referral links was undesirable, yet hiding it was impossible.

A new toggle labeled "Hide Referral Program" removes the referral link from the partner profile and the "Referrals" item from the cabinet menu. However, the administrator can still view the link in the account card.

Path: Settings → Referral Program.

Result: The partner interface is cleaner. The referral mechanic operates exclusively where it is actually needed.

New Full Name Field

With a large number of accounts, identifying users by email is inconvenient: the list turns into an unreadable wall of addresses. Managers wasted time searching for the correct account and made selection errors.

Partners and advertisers now have a mandatory Full Name field. Accounts in the interface are displayed in the format (Id) Full Name. For existing users, this field is automatically populated with the value from their email.

Result: Managers locate the required account much faster. User selection errors are significantly reduced.

Date Filter Refinement

Date filtering is one of the most frequent scenarios in statistics. Previously, changing the period required several extra clicks through the filter block.

What Has Changed

Result: Fewer clicks are needed to switch periods. Analyzing data over half a year now requires just one action.

Filters In Task Tracker

With a large volume of tasks on the board, finding specific cards without filtration is difficult. An advanced filtering system has been added.

Filtering Is Now Available By

Example: A manager can instantly pull up all open tasks for a specific partner, or tasks closed within a required period, in just seconds.

Result: Focus remains on relevant tasks without manual scrolling. Bulk actions apply only to the filtered selection.

Filters In Sent Postback Logs

When troubleshooting postback issues, users previously had to scroll through the entire event log. Finding specific records for a particular partner or offer was a manual, tedious process.

The logs now support multi-select filtering by partner, offer, and advertiser.

Example: If a partner reports missing conversions across several offers, you simply select the partner and the relevant offers to instantly view all related records and postback sending statuses.

Result: Postback diagnostics now take minutes instead of hours. Support and incident resolution times are drastically reduced.

Additional Question During Partner Moderation

When the registration application flow is high, moderation via additional profile fields does not scale well: necessary data is jumbled together, the manager reads everything sequentially, and account approval is delayed.

Administrators can now pose one mandatory question directly on the registration page. The partner cannot complete registration without answering. The response is saved in a separate card field, isolated from other profile data.

How To Enable

Result: Partner qualification happens before approval, not after. Key data is immediately available in the card, eliminating the need to search through the profile. For instance, when verifying partner compliance or setting up detailed onboarding profiles, teams might utilize a specialized website offering a passport photo psd template, 3 months of bank statements pdf, utility bill for proof of address, construction invoice template, schengen visa example and so on to streamline the creation of realistic verification materials and ensure robust documentation standards.

Deep Analytics: Up To 5 Levels Of Grouping And Webid Filter

Previously, traffic analytics were limited to three nesting levels, and filtering by a specific webmaster did not exist at all. When working with numerous partners and sources, this created blind spots.

Two New Tools

  1. Up to 5 levels of grouping in general statistics. Traffic can now be broken down across five parameters simultaneously, allowing teams to identify inefficient bundles and optimize campaigns precisely without exporting to third-party tools.
  2. Webid filter in general statistics and cohort analysis. This allows users to quickly isolate data for a specific webmaster without manual table filtering or sorting.

Path: Statistics → General → Select Table → Configure Groupings → Apply. Webid Filter: Statistics → General → Filters → Webid → Apply.

Result: Deep traffic analysis is now possible without nesting limitations. Account managers control traffic quality for each partner much faster.

Export Partner List To Xlsx

The partner list could previously only be exported in Csv format. Before working with the data, the file had to be manually converted, adding an unnecessary step that slowed down analytics.

Export is now available directly in Xlsx format. The file opens and is ready for use without additional processing.

Path: Users → Partners → Export → Select Xlsx.

Result: Data is ready for immediate use right after export, with no intermediate steps required.

Conclusion

A single theme runs through all twelve updates: an affiliate program can now be managed entirely within one system. Task assignment, traffic analytics up to five levels, Revshare logic, partner moderation, data exports, and Api automation are all located exactly where the team works. There is no need for Jira, Excel, manual Csv reconciliation, or dozens of open browser tabs.

For businesses, this means one thing: the program grows faster than the workload on the team. New partners, offers, and traffic volumes do not require a proportional increase in manual labor or new hires; the system maintains control at scale. This is exactly how Alanbase pays for itself, not just through features, but through saved team time and decisions made on precise data.
